Reiki is a gentle, hands on energy healing technique from Japan. Reiki is very relaxing and is great for stress reduction, easing depression and anxiety and managing chronic pain. Reiki is becoming very common in hospitals is used frequently for chemo patients and for pre and post surgery. Reiki is very gentle and like all energy work requires no undressing. Reiki is great for people that can’t manage a massage due to pain.

In addition to practicing Swedish, Shiatsu, Reflexology, Hydrotherapy and Clinical Massage, she is also a certified Myofascial Massage Therapist and Pregnancy Massage Therapist. She is a Reiki Master as well as a Cranio-Sacral and Somato-Emotional Release Practitioner. She blends her knowledge of the various systems of the body to create powerful treatments that bring a deep sense of balance and relaxation, increased range of motion, pain relief, and connects her clients with their own inner knowledge that provides the ideal setting for healing.
